NORWALK, Conn. — Norwalk marked National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day with a ceremony Saturday morning in the Norwalk Public Library. During the ceremony, Norwalk Fire Department members rang a ceremonial bell as Rilling read the names of the 17 Connecticut service members who lost their lives during the attack on Pearl Harbor, 78 years ago.
