NORWALK, Conn. — A concert on the pavement: the Norwalk Symphony Orchestra called this “Inside Out: Two Concerts, One Afternoon.” The performance began at 3 p.m. with a string quartet for an hour and at 5 p.m. a brass quintet played for a similar amount of time. Reservations were necessary.
