NORWALK, Conn. — Due to the storm and bad driving conditions, all NEON offices and programs will be closed today.

    WOW! NEON needs to stay closed for good. For years, they’ve cheated those who are in need out of services. They’ve cheated their employees and now, they’re cheating those who provided services to them out of their money. Beware, Norwalk!!! This gang of thieves is going to try and make a comeback under a different name. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Are you reading this, Mayor Rilling?
