Norwalk Mayor Moccia ‘defined’ by Dem candidates

NORWALK, Conn. – Norwalk Democratic mayoral candidates Harry Rilling, Andy Garfunkel and Vinny Mangiacopra answer this question posed at the June 17 Norwalk Democratic Town Committee mayoral forum: “How do you define Mayor Moccia in the voters’ minds? When will you start defining him? How would you contrast him to yourself?”

Mayoral candidate Matt Miklave had not yet joined the forum, as he was attending a Planning Committee special meeting.

Garfunkel mentions the Calf Pasture Beach pier. It has since been approved by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. Construction is expected to begin approximately Aug. 15 and to be substantially completed by Dec. 1.

Harry said it right, the dems don’t have to define moccia, he has defined himself over the past 8 years, and now he has to live with that record.

    Harry also said:
A lot of misinformation (lies) are being circulated. We do not plan to run a campaign that way.
Do not misunderstand: Harry will fight back with the best weapon he has, TRUTH. That is the real reason Moccia does not want to run against Harry.
