Norwalk Police arrest Eric Frank in overdose investigation

NORWALK, Conn. – This is a press release, presented in the format in which it was sent:

On July 22, 2017, Norwalk Police responded to a drug overdose at 142 Suncrest Road. Officers located a male victim at that address. The male was transported to Norwalk Hospital and survived. Norwalk Detectives responded to the scene and began their investigation. On July 22, 2017, at 9:45 pm the Special Services Division arrested Eric Frank on narcotics charges. Because of this arrest, Eric Frank quickly became a suspect in the overdose investigation. Due to Detective Kougioumtzidis investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Eric Frank. Frank was arrested at the Norwalk Courthouse today, August 11, 2017.

Arrested: Eric Frank, 29 of 15 Freedman Drive

Charges: Assault 2 and Sale of Narcotics

Bond: $100,000
