NORWALK, Conn. – Norwalk swimmers might take heart: it’s possible that a new pool – like the one at the closing YMCA – will be built in the future, Mayor Richard Moccia said.
A Norwalk developer is considering building a pool, Moccia said at Tuesday’s Board of Education meeting, as part of the discussion about the Zeus Swimming Team.
“Can’t say who,” Moccia said, emphasizing that it’s a possibility, not a plan. He said BOE member Heidi Keyes would be the first to know if it becomes concrete.
