NORWALK, Conn. – Mayor Harry Rilling will host a Mayor’s Night Out from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, in the Norwalk City Hall Community Room. Department Heads and elected officials are invited to attend to answer questions and field comments about city services and programs from Norwalk residents.
